Based on the success of the Promise Activ SuperShots line, Unilever wanted to extend their growing line of “vitality shots” to include a blood pressure control variant. This line of wellness products needed to show that functional foods can be both delicious and help promote a healthy lifestyle. Our assignment was to develop a package that comfortably fit within the existing Promise Activ line while clearly differentiating it’s new benefit to consumers. Our solution was to maintain the strong heart graphics and split architecture, but use bold colors, descriptive copy and appetizing fruit illustrations to help communicate both the health benefits and the great real fruit taste. This design system has been applied to new flavors, club store packaging and spreads. empowering consumers to take control of their health and include functional foods in their lives.
